Rooms are nice and clean. The bathhouse on the top floor is a welcome addition. The do have an economic program but I wasn't sure if it was followed while I was there as it looked like my towels were replaced despite print out the card which said not to. Staff was friendly and the hotel itself is near to some great shopping areas. One thing to note is that the bus from the airport drops off at a different Fraser Place hotel and you will have a five to ten minute walk to get to the actual hotel.

Perfect location to see sights and explore other areas as it is right by bus terminals and subway stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was inviting, clean and comfy.

We are very happy with this hotel and would stay here again. This is a review for the smallest of the 3 available room types:

The basics - Quiet room, lots of natural light, and excellent AC unit with accurate climate control. The highlights - Extremely comfortable mattress and pillows, lovely rooftop gym and small sauna, great location near Namdaemun and Seoul Station, efficient maid service, and friendly staff.

We also liked the affordable breakfast buffet, which mixed a wide range of Korean and Western breakfast basics (rice, kimchi, lotus root, radish soup, seaweed, bacon, grilled tomatoes, omelets to order, yogurt, fruit, cheese and sliced meats, etc.).

And we appreciated other small design choices like the inclusion of a US-style electrical outlet in the room, smart toilet, and lighting control near both the door and the bed.

A few caveats: The small rooms are best suited for shorter-term travelers. They lack dresser and ironing board, and the half-closet is petite. The larger rooms (some with washer/dryer and kitchenette) are likely better for longer stays. Dry cleaning and laundry are expensive (dry cleaning was ~USD 35 for a suit or dress and laundry was about USD 8 per item), so if you plan to launder clothes the larger room might quickly become more cost effective.

Summary: This is a straight-forward, comfortable hotel in a great location for anyone with business or tourism plans in central Seoul.

Enjoyed my recent stay. The rooms were a great size. It was very upscale. The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke very good English. Never ate at the hotel the dining area seemed classy. If I were to spend more time in Seoul I would stay here.

Stayed here for a few nights - was a good stay and the room was very spacious and well appointed. Walking distance to good public transport and to bars and restaurants.

The photos is exactly like posted and the service is very good! I loved the service and the breakfast was very good. The people were very friendly and helped us whenever we needed it. The rooms are spacious and big enough and the toilets are good.

Staying here for 3 nights. This hotel is very busy. Overall service is very good, particularly room service and housekeeping. We ordered room service for dinner our first night. Missed burgers as we've been dining on Korean cuisine for the past 9 days. Burgers were prepared well, even better than some places back in the states. The breakfast buffet has much to be desired- mainly western style items and selections need to be expanded. Room is simple, miminalistic and clean. There is construction going on just outside. Probably a good idea to ask for a quiet room on the opposite side. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping, food, etc. About 10 min walk to Lotte Plaza, and easy access to underground shopping.
