Great price for a nice hotel, great location, great staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. WiFi worked well, and they even had a Japanese/USA outlet thankfully. We also appreciated the small workout area (treadmill, elliptical, free weights and a bench). The only negative was the first elevator had worn out buttons, so getting to the 8th floor was difficult our first try. Then we used the second elevator after that with no problem.

We have a triple room, it would be better if there were more trash cans, mirrors, and tabletop space. Otherwise, everything has been excellent!

Very good location. But the staff can not really understand english, request not to charge deposit in credit card, I will pay by cash, but apparently, they charged not only deposit but the whole 7 day stay. Very upset. Since I give not while booking, when arririved and 1 day before check out. Stay in 1001 next to staff room very noisy.

Great location,center of Insadong. Several temples in area, lots of shopping and food. Typical Korean western style rooms: harder beds, small Sq footage, no outlets in bathroom, no outlets near a mirror, water kettle instead of coffee maker. But if you want western stay in America! Staff is friendly, my less than rudimentary Korean got me by, coffee shop in lobby makes an excellent cuppa, and our room had a tub! The ac in room was hard to control,I image in summer it's uncomfortable. These were better than most Korean beds, and the room was really nice. Hotel offers free shuttle to some tourist spots in Seoul.

Clean but small hotel. The downtown is not far away. Close to Insandong walking street. There is a very nice restaurant at the basement, grill stuffs with Shoujo, great combination.

A lovely hotel with remarkable hospitality. The staff were so helpful. I am a vegetarian , and one of the staff wrote down in Korean for me useful phrases to use in Korean restaurants. They spoke perfect English and gave clesr directions too, always with a smile and pleasant voice. The janitors were also very friendly and even willing to clean our rooms when we didn't need or require it. Finally, the rooms themselves were superb. The beds were very soft and comfortable, it was fairly esdy to fall asleep. The bathroom was surprisingly large (3x larger than the bedroom) with two bathtubs and a toilet with a fancy flushing mechanism. I can't help but add that Center mark hotel has the best location in Seoul. It's in the heart of Insadong, a touristy shopping district and less than 10 minute walk to scenic spots such as the palaces and Buckchon Village.
