I have been to Seoul many times and always stayed here. The great price for an amazing room always has me coming back. The rooftop bar is great with an amazing view across Seoul. The restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet was the best I've seen. I will continue to stay here every time I go to seoul.

The rooftop bar here is much recommended for a relaxing meal and drink. The view here is absolutely breathtaking and the food top notch. The cocktails are very delicious as well.

Room is okay for business travel and the staff try their best. The rooms in the winter are very warm, and the only solution is to open the windows. They also bring rotating fans to the room. The problem is their central heating has one temp for the full hotel, and the room controls don't even turn on a fan. They intentionally set the temp high. Withthe only option to open your windows in the winter, be ready for constant street noise. Avoid this hotel in the winter.

Stayed 7 nights for business. Elevators in peak periods were too slow and the room service menu was ridiculously small and uninteresting! Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Overall good for a business stay.

Stayed here for 4 nights and loved it! Staff at the reception spoke great English and the rooms were modern and clean. The best part of this place has to be the rooftop bar/restaurant. Great views

This hotel has a great location right by a subway stop and the bus to the airport. At the front desk you can purchase tickets for the bus. The rooms are great with a nice shower and big window. I also enjoyed the sauna.

Nice service staff. Near Yeoksam subway station. Near Airport Bus drop off point. Plenty to eat around the hotel. Prices per night also reasonable. Can't ask for more.

Convenient Location nearby Subway Yeoksam Station in Gangnam.
Excellent Hotel service, all staffs are very kind and helpful. Room is modern design , new and clean. Good quality of the bath product.
Specially thanks to the Front desk staff do a favour for us , make the check in time more earlier as possible as they can. Finally, I can make it at 10:00 am No extra one night pay. We don't need to wait until 2:00pm.

Room 605. The service was great. They speak excellent English to help foreigners who don't speak Korean. The cleaning crew are very thorough. My only criticism is that the bar upstairs is very expensive to accommodate only a specific kind of guest, rather than a wide range of guests.

During my visit to Seoul I decided to stay 4 of 8 days in Gangnam and thought Mercure Ambassador of Seoul would be a nice hotel. I stayed from Friday to Tuesday. The weekend staff was very nice and friendly. To my surprise week day staff was not so nice. The front desk staff was ok but when I was departing and a friend came to pick me up. I was approched by staff that seem to be threating me to move the car, my friend drove to pick me up. I was told to leave and a requested a few movements to get situated as I was checking out. He continue to speak rudely. (All within 5 minutes) I will never stay at this hotel again. I will also tell all my friends and family to stay some where else when visiting Seoul, Korea. It's crazy how 1 bad employee can ruin a good hotel experience. (The housekeep was the nicest employees)

I've stayed here twice and have only very positive things to say. Fresh, clean, modern, soundproof, fantastic view from the rooms overlooking the intricate back streets of Gangnam. Excellent breakfast. Skybar is very nice. Could leave bags inside reception after check-out.

Excellent little hotel in Gangnam next to Yeoksam subway stations 4 and 5. They have a good breakfast buffet, easy walking g to many areas like Gangnam main Street and lots of good restaurants nearby Lots! There is a Starbucks and multiple convenient stores within 5 to 10 minutes.

The rooms are comfortable and cozy. Nice views from upper floors. There is a nice bar and restaurant up on the top floor. Pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Everyone also spoke English and were helpful in every way.
