A lovely place to stay at. Not a very big and famous hotel but the room is very big and spacious. It's very clean. The staff are very friendly. It's a short 3min walking distance to the insadong souveniers Street, about 10 mins walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace & hanbok village. If you book your sightseeing trips via Klook, the bus pick up point is like 7 mins walk away to Tapgol Park.

Great boutique feel hotel in the heart of Insa-dong area. Perfect location to get to the two main palaces and shrine in the area and Bukchon old area. Walking distance from Myeong-dong market and Kwang-jang markets. Close to 2 subway stations and lots of other eating streets. Uber friendly English speaking staff and clean and good rooms. Excellent Wi-Fi service as well. Easy to get to using airport limousine bus services 6002 and 6011

Great hotel in the middle of Seoul's tourist area. Huge room, huge beds, huge bathroom, huge flatscreen TV, at a stone's throw from Insa-dong.

Convenient location to major sites, shopping and public transport. Large rooms, comfy bed/sheets and friendly service (front desk even helped me with my luggage to airport bus station because I was struggling). Hotel makes excellent restaurant recommendations for the Insadong neighborhood that it's in.

A small hotel in the heart of Insadong. Clean, comfortable modern rooms and cheap cooked breakfasts! This is the ideal place to start exploring Seoul.

We stayed in Room 501 (deluxe twin) as a family - two adults, one child. The room was a good size and had a lovely spacious bathroom. The beds were really comfortable and the living area was plenty big enough for the three of us for 10 days stay.

Our room also had a safety deposit box, somewhere to put the bits and pieces you don't want to carry around.

The staff were very friendly and when my husband lost his phone, went out of their way to help us sort it.

There is a cafe attached to the hotel. We didn't use it as we were out and about most days so grabbed food from the many restaurants, cafes and street food stalls around.

The hotel was ideally situated to visit the city - close to a number of metro stations, and walking distance to most of the main sites (if you don't mind a little walk). We managed to visit all of the palaces (which you can get a joint ticket for and saves you some money on the entrance prices - which are very reasonable anyway) and Bukchon Hanok village by foot, and even walked back from Namsan Park after my husband and daughter visited the tower.

It's not the easiest place to find when you first get off the airport bus, but if you find Insadong-gil 5 and follow it along to the Centermark Hotel (with a McDonald's underneath for those of you missing your home comforts), there's a road to the side of the hotel which you follow and just behind the little row of shops (to the right) there's the hotel.

From Insadong itself you can also follow Insadong-gil 5 and turn right half way to find the hotel, or actually follow Insadong-gil 7 itself and you'll come upon it. After a day or so, you do get used to the little alleyways :)
