working AC, clean, great bathtub and shower. poor ventilation in bathroom though, it will steam up very fast. heated toilet. poor view from window but window none the less. friendly staff and great location.

It was a nice place to stay they make the room very tidy. I did not like the fact that the outlets stopped working after taking out the room card. I would have prefered to leave my electronics in the room to charge while i was away. Also there is no safety deposit box in the room which nearly all hotel rooms have some where

My boyfriend and I love this hotel. We were in Seoul during the winter, so it was amazing to come back to a cozy, warm room with a super comfortable bed. Everything was always very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and I will stay there every time I visit Seoul.
