Not bad, but not that good. Everything is self service after 10pm and gets a service charge.
Edit: after staying here for 6 nights, I'd have to say the service is just terrible. I rate it 2 stars just because the manager tried hard to give us service but their facilities could afford no more. Transferred to a better hotel after 6 nights as I can't take anymore of the broken ACU and loud noise because I need to open the window to let in some cold air.response / report this review -

The location was near many sights, the rooms were small but clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel shuttle was an excellent free way to get around the area. It went to shopping and night market areas. We had an excellent stay and I enjoyed having a heated toilet seat.

Had a triple bed family room with large balcony. Hotel has DIY Laundry on 8F & Gym (cycle, treadmill & large space for yoga/floor exercises). Free shuttle service to Myeondong during the day and Dongdaemun from 7pm. 5 mins to Train station. 10 mins walk to Cheongyecheon Stream. 1F 24/7 convenience store is well stocked with instant food (microwave & hot water). At night lots of small eateries local food all around the hotel.

Comfy and clean room with great service, plus located conveniently close to Myeongdong. Convenient stores and local diners nearby as well. Definitely value for money.

This hotel is close to 3 subway stations. Very well located if you need to take public transit. It also has free shuttle bus to different areas around the hotel like Myongdong. The hotel is clean, staff is very polite and helpful. It has a laundromat which is convenient for longer stays.

Booked this hotel from Expedia because of the price and location. The hotel is super well located within walking distance to almost every major place that we wanted to go to. If you can walk between 5 to 15 minutes then you can go to all the major attractions. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to and from popular night markets and shopping district Including Dongdaemun, Namdaemun, Insadong, Myeongdong for shopping and street food / night market and the Gwang-Jang market. WiFi is free and fast enough for YouTube. The hotel is also close to 4 of the subway lines which are red, green, blue and purple. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bathroom were clean as well. The shower had a strong jet and the toilet had heated seats and had a whole bunch of crazy buttons for options of cleaning. PJ hotel also gives you free bottled water every day, good for me because I tend to walk a lot and drink a lot.
Now some of the bad things, the rooms are non smoking but some rooms has a balcony where you can smoke and so our room had a bit of smoke smell in it but it wasn't too bad. The walls are thin, you can hear the neighbors if you pay enough attention so if you have a noisy neighbor then you'll hear everything but luckily our neighbors for the most part were quiet. The drain in the bathtub was a bit slow draining but it could be because a lot of water comes out of the shower head also.
All in all I would recommend this hotel at the price we paid at which was just a little over $100 CAD per night.response / report this review -

Large rooms (some with balconies) in a business neighborhood (paper goods sales and printing services.) Three metro lines are easy walks as are several neighborhoods of shopping and dining.
The hotel is quiet, assuming the other guests are quiet. This is a Wedding hotel but there are no weddings during my stay.response / report this review -

Rooms are ok, someone actually smoked next door so the last stay nights room had stale smell from it. Otherwise for people who like to walk perfect location since it's kind of central from everything around. And loved the industrial district that hotel is situated in, felt less touristy and mm ore likely to get a local living atmosphere.

Pleasant Hotel with shuttle bus services to most places of interest. Room is spacious and clean. There are eateries nearby and some are open till late. Ideal place to stay for business and holiday travel

Was a busy day to check in (40 minutes) but with lots of apologies from staff the hotel is well worth the money.. it is close enough to most of the shops and markets worth seeing.. just up the road is a Korean folk village.
