A nice hotel with well equipped, clean and modern rooms. Roughly 1 hour from Incheon airport and 40 min from Seoul train station (by taxi).

Good Hotel. Staff have good attitude.
They are co-operative. You can buy KAL Limosousine bus ticket at Hotel Reception, thats really helpful. Airport Bus also drops you at the Hotel gate itself. Surroundings are also very nice. They have plenty of items in Breakfast, but for vagetierian its little difficult.

I had bad experience here. The cleaning service take away my extra key that I asked from the 'place your card for turning on the light' (you know what I mean right?) Then they clean the toiletries without refelling it. I am so disappointed by how 5 stars hotel doesn't pay attention to small detail in their service.

Excellent service, comfortable bed, nice fitness center. Prices in the lobby lounge are on the high side, but otherwise I have no complaints. Would stay here again.

Stayed at the Novotel Ambassador Gangnam for a few nights on business. Location was very convenient with sinnonhyeon subway station within a couple minutes walking. The room was comfortable with all the basic amenities you might expect. Housekeeping did a good job of cleaning up and restocking without bothering me at any point. Service is excellent from arrival to checkin through checkout. All the staff members were always ready to help with a smile. Hotel buffet (had dinner) is excellent and offers a discount to overnight guests.

It's an okay hotel with the greatest asset being the location and after that the gym/swimmingpool. The executive floor rooms are really not that special and actually quite small compared to other similar hotels, especially for the money you paid for it. Also the executive lounge is not really that special. It's big enough but the service during the day is very minimal: coffee, tea, juices. Snacks between 17 and 19 consists of really only snacks and can't replace a complete meal. Service from the staff is excellent, they go above and beyond to give you a good stay. I had to ask 2 times to clean my room while being away the whole day and coming back and finding my room uncleaned.

Very good hospitality. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms are very clean. A microwave in room would have been good as we didn't find much vegetarian menu options and walking out in winter was tough during our stay.
