Very comfortable and clean room settings. A bit over-priced, but easy access to the ICN/GMP international airports thanks to the pubpic shuttle: one-way ticket is around 7$-12$ depending on the distance and provider.

Good access to city, near public transportation, easy to find food by walk, and it's just next to starbucks. The hotel is clean, the room is really big. But the food choices are limited.

This is a great hotel. Stayed here twice for long business trips. Excellent service at the front desk and housekeeping, very nice hotel at reasonable cost, airport limo bus picks up right out front, lots of great food options and an emart in the immediate vicinity. Also, close to a green line (2) subway stop, so it is not bad at all for tourists in spite of being in a more businessy and less touristy area. If you are deathly afraid of things not being in English everywhere, then stay in a tourist area We speak zero Korean and managed easily in Guro, and get a more authentic Seoul experience than we would in a tourist area of the city.

I used in my business trip. The room size is enough.
The buffet style breakfast is good, it have variety foods and quantity.
We can use limousine bus for air port in front of hotel.
