The room we got was alright, the location was very good, and the staff members were very helpful and spoke English.

First time I stayed here was good, a bit expensive but close to many stores and subway line 1 &2. They have WiFi, no gym, no game room, no Laundromat on site, no pool or Jacuzzi. Some rooms have no windows. Second time I stayed there was because it was within the area for my travel purpose. Got a room with window and it's very small room yet the double bed or queen size bed is large and you can sleep comfortably. House keeping is done daily, it seems like their bathroom have nice bathtubs. Each room has a safe and there's smoking and non smoking floor levels. The side of the hotel looks a bit ghetto.. yup, i wrote ghetto. Plenty of parking lot workers always smoking in front of the hotel. Also, there's a starbucks 2 minutes away and a mini market behind the hotel at 2 or 3 minutes away/walking.

3 star hotel. Little worn out. Drain does not work well in bath. Centrally located. Close to metro.

Great location - just at the back of City Hall, near the historic palaces and transportation hubs. Rooms are spaceous & clean. Great value for money.

Good location right by city hall subway and seoul plaza. However, rooms are in desperate need of an uplift e.g. air conditioner is very noisy, shower floods the bathroom, and they seemed to have a mosquito problem. Wi-Fi also fairly slow.
