We always stay here it is simple but the staff are friendly the pool is large and we like the location.

Actually, I expected a lot from the pics. So when I went there I got a little bit disappointed.
But after few hours we liked it when I got to know the How nearby it is from the Night market and Pub street.
Service was good from the manager.
Room was okay.
The bed was not great but okay.
Ac was old and takes time to room cool.

Stayed here for 3 days. Super friendly staff. Super early check in. Nice pool (10m). Great location. Rent bikes for USD2 pef day. Would i cone back ? Absolutely

Of all the hotels that I had stayed, this is the one of those I would never forget in my life but unfortunately for its negative reason.
Yes, it is budget hotel with a decent outdoor pool at a very good location, at the centre of Siem Reap, just a couple of minutes walk to the vibrant Siem Reap night market. So that would be enough reason to rate it a good place to stay, why to complain? Even if for its basic & dated room, the traveller gets value for his or her money (about 40 US dollar a night including breakfast.)
Nevertheless, I booked 3 nights at this hotel, but only stayed one night ( slept for only less than one hour before I fled to a nearby 4-5 star hotel - Princess'd Ankor overnight, even before daybreak). Again for what?
All for the tiny and horrible bugs that had infested my bed & my room.
Just about half an hour after I lying down in my bed, I noticed a little black needle-sized dot moving on the white bed sheet. To my utter horror, I simply couldn't believe my eyes.
I sprung out of bed and pulled off sheet, standing at bed side to watch. Yes it is a room and bed that are infested with bugs, some tiny and some not that tiny. They were coming out one by one at night.
I caught 5 live bugs and carefully placed them in a water bottle as the evidence for my complain. I also took some photos of these bugs. I immediately booked a nearby above mentioed hotel. I then packed all my luggage to make sure that I didn't take any of them in my luggage.
Early in the morning, I went downstairs to talk to the reception staff with that evidence water bottle containing 5 still live bugs.
To my even greater horror, the staff frankly admitted they are aware of this problem. They gave the excuse that the room and bed are sprayed daily with insectside but the problem didn't go away. (2 guests had witnessed this conversation.)
So the hotel knowingly put me in this horrible room to let me suffer. I was still charged the full roomrate for that sleepless night.
I told the reception staff that household bugs are hard to eradicate as they hide in structure. If I accidently took some in my luggage home, it would be an utter nightmare.
Hotel staff begged me not to mention it in any review as it would impact their business. After thinking it for about one week, I finally decided to write an honest review on the booking site where I booked this hotel, so other traveller won't suffer the same as I did.
Personally I had to be positive to treat this as a kind of traveling experience I encountered on my 2-month six-country travelling.response / report this review -

4 stars because staff is so nice, swimming pool is good, otherwise rooms are clean and good value for money, there also a good bungalow to rent, place is quiet

Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. It is close to the Night Market and to Pub Street. It is an older property, but it has been maintained. The Windows are four le glass which helps to keep the room from getting too hot and also keeps the noise out. I feel the value is good for the price. The restaurant has basic western and Khmer offerings, and the food is decent. I would stay here again.

This place is relatively basic, probably mid level between hostel and posh hotel. The room is pretty basic. Aircon is powerful, fridge works really well. Some free bottles water provided and replenished when used. A safe with a key provided. Shower and bathroom in general a bit dated and worn. The most disappointing aspect was disorganized staff. I had reviews saying how helpful they were but I got the opposite. Firstly, free airport pickup never came, had to ring them from airport. They claimed I had never arranged it, despite having done so twice in writing, and they acknowledged it! They blamed a change in staff, but surely knowing I was checking in they would check the computer that day?! They sold me a ticket to an Apsara show with food (don't bother, it was poor) yet the bloke on reception couldn't even tell me where it was. Then he 'found out' but sent me to the wrong place. The villa is in a good location, near some great eateries and only 5-10 mins walk to Pub Street and night markets. Could do better, let down by staff being inept for me sadly.

Quaint place. Clean and nice room. This place has the feel of staying in a private home. .. good location close to the smaller night market. Also, a few steps away is a massage place for very very good traditional Cambodian massage. I forget the name of the place but when you exit the hotel turn right and about 4-5 doors down is this place. Ask the staff at the hotel.
