  Absurd customer service experience. Insulting and disorganized. They could not find my prepaid reservation. Told them about 3 times and they still printed out the wrong bill. They seemed irritated with me even though they screwed up. Then when I left and settled the rest of the charges I left my luggage and checked out. I came back 3 hours later to get my bags to leave. The same lady who ignored me asked me in front of 5 to 6 staff if I had paid my bill. Like. Seriously? The whole experience was insulting and absurd. Cleaning ladies were amazing and kind and the best thing about the place!!

  Very quiet hotel, very well equipped and very clean. Very professional and friendly staff. if you hire you have a shuttle service with pick up at the airport and / or transport to visit the temples. I recommend it.

  Although there is still room for improvement, we absolutely loved this hotel. It's great value for money (we went low season - Sept- and got it for £13 a night for a twin room with 1 double bed, balcony and air con). It is a little jungle oasis in the middle of a busy city, you could almost believe that you could walk out and you'd be on a desert island. The garden is a jungle and the pool is clean and inviting especially when the sky is blue and sun is shining. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Happy hour cocktails are two for one $4 and were good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
  Breakfast is to order and was nice although the menu isn't as extensive as most hotels, nescafe coffee which wouldn't satisfy all.
  Bring mosquito repellent as many around the pool, outside room and in room!

  Nice place to stay with friendly staff. Nescafe coffee with breakfast😡 and I recommend two links of sausage and skip the bacon for breakfast. Croissant that seems to be the best choice for bread. Overall a great place with a nice pool

  Very friendly staff and a great tranquil atmosphere in general. The lush surroundings are really inviting, and the pool is nice after a hot day. The bathrooms are quite basic, but otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay in Siem Reap.

  Not very fine
  Service was good but food is not great value for the price
  This is very simple meal with average portion sizes but with prices above 5.5 USD
  Western food is cheaper than Khmer
