Lovely colonial style small hotel in Phenom Penh. Rooms are clean and ample and most have balconies. Mine overlooked the pool which was clean, surrounded be chairs and chaises, and was attached to a bar and restaurant. Happy hour 2 beers and appetizers like fried shrimp or spring rolls was available all day if you ask. My only complaint was that the wifi service was spotty.

Great experience here. Nice spacious room with balcony. Breakfast buffet with adequate options and also the ala carte section has a decent variety of cuisine available. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is also pretty good with local eateries, night markets , money exchangers available at short distances. This hotel is a complete value for money.

Very nice, confortable and relaxing place and very kind and available staff. They give you even the possibility to do a massage in your room for a cheap price. I had a very lovely stay.

Good thing: it's in downtown walkable distance to Pub street. Cheap hotel for such worth, not so bad, you can try.

Don't trust the hotel driver. We stayed at this hotel, so he offered to drive us for $35 for the day. Usual amount is $25. His name is Ong, later 20s to early 30s. We hired him to drive us around Angor Wat complex. The day before the trip, he drive us to buy tickets, said that the trip to buy the ticket is free. He used the hotel SUV. On the day is the trip, in the hotel lobby, he said he cannot take us and a friend will drive up around.
His friend drove us; we paid him and some tips. Next day, 11/20/2017, we checked out and the hotel hostess told us we need to pay the driver $15 for the trip to buy the Angor Wat ticket. In this country, money must be pay after service render, not a day after. I reminded him that he said the service was free. He pretended to answer in broken English, which I cannot understand. I learned from my travels that arguing with the local never win. We paid him $15. As for the hotel, don't stay. The room we got, the bathroom looked unfinished. No place to hook or hang toilet paper. The sheet, pillow case, towels were swelly. The kind is swell of clothes not dried, that very distinctive odor.

Big room, quirky but cool bathroom with fancy stone effect concrete bath and separate rain shower wet room, nice pool area with bar. Didn't eat in restaurant but food looked good and no most expensive than the cheaper restaurants in town. Good breakfasts to suit all tastes. Pleasant 10 mins walk from pub Street.

Very good hotel, clean, good value, and really close to the city centre.
They have tuk tuk drivers just outside the hotel too that have 3 different tours of the temples at a reasonable price. I would personally getting these over a car/bus

Location is in City center near pub, bar, mini mart, cafe, bank. Just a few minutes drive to Angkor Wat. The price is reasonable although it is not brand new hotel. If you are on budget this is the right place to stay.

Relatively helpful staff if you push them (which you shouldn't need to do when you have a reasonable issue to resolve). A/C wasn't working in my room. Took 3 or 4 proactive tries until we found a room where the A/C actually worked fully. My guess is all the A/C need regular servicing which they likely aren't getting. Rooms were all nice with a cool little balcony overlooking the pool area from my room (on the downside you can hear all the pool activity noise if you spend any time in your room during the day). Clean western bathroom with nice shower. Really nice pool area. Breakfast was decent but nothing to write home about. Hall noise is an issue since it's all concrete (in other words, you hear everything from the hall in your room at all a hoursamplified). Not ideal if you are a light sleeper and have big activities planned for the early morning. Reasonably quiet after 11 pm though.

This hotel is located behind shops at main road. You need to go in via small alley next to Nest bar and restaurant. Great place to stay with lovely staff. The hotel has nice setup with swimming pool and restaurant. Breakfast was good. There were few tuk tuk driver that attached to this hotel so it is value for money and you can be assured that these drivers area reliable.
