Its being refurbished now. Location is good. Hope the rooms will be better when they reopen.

Stayed March 2016:
I was disappointed in this 'boutique' hotel. Starting with the Pros: location is good. Walking distance to everything. Well stocked convenience store next door. Good restaurants across the street. The included breakfast was actually quite good.
The Cons: The pictures on the website are misleading.and were perhaps taken quite some time ago. I am comfortable with modest accommodations, but this property felt quite neglected. The pool deck boards are rotten and loose, the pool quite dirty, and the sofa in our suite had many stains. Our room on the third floor plan was very spacious but dim, and extremely hot - the air-con was not capable of cooling the space. Wi-Fi on third floor does not work. Not the worst stay.but we moved to another hotel after one night - there are better quality hotels for similar $$ in Siem Reap.
