Good facility, still new, and looks grand. Easy location friendly staffs. Buffet on morning breakfast - good choices. Only bad things abt this hotel: bad wifi and tap water little brownish

Stay somewhere else. Rude staff don't speak English and never smile, Noisy, loud lift bell rings on every floor, staff have two way radios on full volume all the time our room shakes when people walk the stairs. Couldn't find our booking. Basically the worst hotel experience I have had in a very long time.

We had a training program organised in this hotel for a week. Did not like the place so much. It has a vibe of vintage era with old and very old furnitures everywhere.

Breakfast was just okay.
Wifi connection was pretty bad in the room but is perfect in lobby. As a result, one can connect the wifi in the room but it is super slow. (i'm not joking.) On the other hand, the receptionist lady was rude when I asked the reason why poor connection of wifi in room. Instead of being friendly and patient, she gave me a rude attitude. In addition, the whole hotel was full of mosquitoes. Hence, it is not recommended.

There were 5 of us stayed 3 rooms here. The equipment of our 3 rooms were pretty old. Some lights and TV were not working in the two rooms. Telephone was broken in all our 3 rooms(Found out no morning call the next day). Wifi connection was bad but good in the lobby.
Breakfast was the only thing OK in this 4 star hotel I guess

One of the better hotels I experienced in Cambodia, especially if you're looking for more of a resort experience. Decent rooms and amenities. Nice salt water pool. Always looked forward to breakfast. Good service as well.
