Very beautiful, very clean hotel. The pool was beautiful as well and when me and my family went was not crowded at all. The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. The rooms were very clean, and accomodating. Definetely would come back to this resort!

Atmosphere and vibe - relaxing and quiet
Staff - the staff at the reception and at the door were smiley and pleasant, the breakfast waiting staff weren't too friendly looking I'm afraid.
Food - breakfast buffet was all right in Continental buffet standards, however the bacon and egg station needs work.
Room - very comfy bed and pillows, bathroom amneties had everything needed, shower worked spectacularly. Bathtub was very comfortable.

Wonderful hotel, room was spectacular, pool awesome, food very good. I'd give it 5 stars if it had hot water in the shower in the afternoons, but it only seems to be mornings. But great hotel otherwise.

perfect, absolutely perfect, felt like i was living in a palace, beds were made for me and id come back and my bed was turned down for me. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, pool was massive and the buffet breakfast was of impeccable quality - the staff were incredibly friendly and the gym was great

local five star hotel part of Sokimex Group. Centrally located. Rate is good compare to other five stars but service, facilities and room are great.

I had a room facing the main road but since this is Siem Reap, traffic noise is not a problem. However, the temple next door hits its gongs very early in the morning like 4am! Some finds it calming but not me. Choose a pool view room!
