The Voyager Beach Resort is a gorgeous place to be at in Nyali slightly North of Mombasa. They have a nautical theme and on arrival pretend to be a ship, it is in between cute and embarrassing. But the grounds are lovely, the all-inclusive is good enough and definitely worth it, the pools and beach are no less than stunning. Very good international mix of guests coming from all colours and directions. On the beach itself one is continuously approached by beach boys and also beach ladies, this is Africa, but they have a slightly elevated private stretch of beach where you are free from disturbance and can enjoy the gorgeous views. Nice evening entertainment with song and dance is also provided. Overall a great place to spend a few days in between safaris and going home for instance!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. It has clean, comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff, a beautiful private beach and delicious food. I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Mombasa whether for business or pleasure.

Very nice resort with lovely spaces. Their ocean view rooms are spacious with relaxing balconies overlooking the Indian Ocean. I love the whole ship theme where they dock in a different country everyday hence different cuisine and entertainment, pretty cool! Speaking of which, their food is awesome and lots of choices to choose from. The three swimming pools are very clean and well maintained, the infinity one being my favorite! It's a great place for a vacation but if you mind crowd, you may want to book during low season since it gets really packed on high season. Suitable if you're traveling with kids as well, lots of kids activities under guidance. Shout out to the extremely dedicated staff that keeps the ship sailing smoothly.

Great food. Amazing location, right on the beach, friendly and helpful staff. Our stay at Voyager was just amazing. Kudos to the game zone staff who kept the kids busy for hours, playing boards games and other stuff. Would love to return if we ever come back to Kenya.

Old hotel. Needs some renovations. Good food and great staff. Avoid block 3 rooms close to the restaurant They get abit noisy most night till about midnight..
Rooms 3219/3218 are sold as sea view rooms but you draw the short stick when it comes to the view..garden plus a block of rooms right in front of your balcony.

It's generally a good hotel. It's family friendly as well as romantic for those seeking either setting. It has clean pools and is adjacent to the beach so a person may switch from the pool to the beach easily. They serve good food and have an offer on Sundays. The arrangement and relaxation areas are well designed

Amazing hotel with hospitable staff. The ship theme is superb. I particularly enjoy the kids club as they ensure that the kids have loads of activities to partake on during the day. I would definitely love to go back some day. Make sure when u visit, u get to see the one and only Mombasa Roots band that perform every Saturday night from 8pm.

I Stayed at the hotel with my family over the Christmas holiday and had an amazing experience. Kudos to the A team for the activities and entertainment they had organized. We hardly put on any calories during our stay there. The staff (some) were very keen on our comfort. Families with babies and toddlers are very well catered for as they have a babies corner at the dining room during all meals. The A team also do a good job of keeping the toddlers busy. I would definitely go back and also recommend Voyager Beach Resort to my friends.

My stay was exceptional as always. This was my 4th stay here. It has amenities that cater for guests of any age. A true resort with organised activities for kids, teens, adults, couples..you name it. Caters for everyone's needs. The staff are exceptional, everything went on smoothly from check.in to check out. The adventurers kids club is really lovely and kids love it. Thanks to the A team crew who are ever so friendly, keen and cool. Food is great and despite being fully booked during my stay the quality and variety of all meals was really good throughout. I would recommend it for families, couples and everyone looking for a place to engage your senses whatever your taste. It's a one stop place for everyone.

Experience was good but I couldn't get tea at 6.30pm. Simple reason- they were preparing for dinner and therefore tea could not be found. Ouch!!!!

The best resort within Mombasa city facing India ocean. The hospitality is awesome. The staff will make you fell 'on top of the world'. With full meals on board you will get value for money. Has 3 pools 3 restaurans and 3 bars within the property means no need to go out. We booked it through bonfire safari.

No other place I would rather be when in mombasa . I love the garden facing and sea facing rooms. Fun activities everyday , good food with wide variety. Many pools including baby and infinity pools. Lookout bar from where one can see the beautiful ocean and ships from afar as they sip their drinks. They have a kids club and great entertainment in the evening.

Good resort to visit with own beach to enjoy. Very good theme wise setting. It is actually made as a boat which will show the food culture when docked at particular city. Nice concept, two pools, good nice rooms just 10 feet away from beach. Overall must visit place to enjoy with family.

It is a nice place to go. For once I spent a holiday without wanting to leave the hotel for anything. I had everything I wanted and if you get full board (when booking) it's even better. The only thing is the Wi-Fi doesn't work well when in crowded places like when your having meals. Other than that it is a very good hotel. If your staying in Mombasa, that is the place I would recommend.

Compared to many other hotels in Mombasa, Voyager wins especially in infrastructure! For once, an old hotel where everything works properly! I loved the pools and the management is on the ball, very friendly and happy to assist! The food on the other end could do with some improvement but overall I enjoyed my stay at Voyager! If you are looking for a quiet room with a great view try 4216 (Thank me later) Lastly, whatever you do don't forget to have fun!
