Great place to unwind. Overlooking the serene Creek the place is truly calm and even if you are working - the environment is just right to ponder. Breakfast is well laid, staff is coorperative. If you are a vegetarian\vegan you may have a tough time. Menu has just about 3-4 veg options.
Floors -1 & -2 do not receive cell phone signals. Over all strength of wifi is also poor.

awesome place to relax if you ever need a quiet place.the attendants are so good..i remember Ramaa jovial young waiter.the rooms were clean and the breakefast was awesome.will always go back here

Loved the view, loved everything about this place. The rooms are gorgeous, guys there are super friendly.
The breakfast is just amazing. It's not far from Mombasa town either.
The view is amazing for sure. I would definitely visit this place again

I've grown fond of the lavish rooms as well as the impeccable staff who are ready to assist at your beck and call.
I also enjoyed basking right at the creekside of the Indian Ocean with some December sunshine taunting you to go for a few laps in the swimming pool. 👍👌

I came back! And believe you me. I did the unexpected. . Yes! I enjoyed , every minute I have been here. Everything was as per my request.. Excellent Customer service, WiFi available everywhere, even in there, Yes, there.. Lol!! Breakfast Top Notch.. I'll be back again.. I recommend Creekside any day.

By the side of Tudor Creek, the hotel is cooled by the ocean breeze. Clear views of the island from the upper floors. Magnificient at night.

A reasonably priced business hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are ok, reception staff is friendly but restaurant staff not so much. May be because the choice is quite limited. Breakfast is on the meagre side compared to other business hotels.
The only problem might be the location. It's just far away from alternative restaurants but with a taxi that's quickly solved. They do (more expensive) shuttle services as well.

Exceptional view of the lake. Sitting in balcony on Creek side is very relaxing. Food is also good but have a very limited choice.

I've stayed at the Best Western three times in recent months. You cannot beat its value for money. Functional, serene, lovely views, large well appointed rooms, polite and efficient service from all staff. Highly recommended.

Mind blowing hotel. There is a great view from terrace and also swimming pool, spa, gym. And the great thing was, there is shisha. Staff if very cooperative and polite. Very comfortable rooms. I would suggest this hotel to anyone. Had great time and fun with my family
