Clean hotel but old safes.
Most staff especially those at the restaurant where abit cold including one chef,asking for pancakes from him was a bother.
They are more concerned with foreigners than locals.
Thumbs up to Chef Baya and waiter Gilbert. very warm to visitors.
Front office staff can do better .

All the staff are very warm, friendly and welcoming, would go out of their way to look after our smallest needs.
The welcome at the reception was warm and the check-in checkout was very smooth.
Happened to meet one of the housekeeping executives who seemed to be personally involved and looking after the comfort of guests.
We had a short stay but can’t help but remember it as a memorable one.
We would definitely go back there and highly recommend it to all.

Beautiful white arab architecture, lovely warm service, stunning ocean views from each room, 2 pools, great food😋, family and child friendly, fun live entertainment, good gym and spa. Extremely romantic set-up on request and exclusive restaurant in hotel. Expansive beach frontage with top security. Good access to all tourist locations. Top recommendation from Experience. Always go back when I can.

They have lots of fun activities and a day care for young children where they can make cool bracelets, paint etc. The kids also have a guide who takes them to the beach, plays with them giving you time to enjoy your holiday

I love this place ( I used to swim here when I was knee-high to a grasshopper and not a soul lived here) and the hotel is clean, affordable, food is good and the staff are great. The town is a few miles down the road and vibrant but chaotic and dusty. A few beers on the veranda after a swim is heaven for me.
Try this place, you wouldn't be disappointed. I should know, I was born here🌹👍

This is a wonderful beach resort, hospitality of the people, cosmopolitan in hosting visitors, their services are brilliant, i enjoy night life, the foods, Drinks,music, partying and live band music. Don't forget the beautiful giant rooms and tranquil swimming pools!!

Bamburi Beach Hotel is an amazing place for family holiday. My son's birthday yesterday was put together in such an amazing and interesting way by all staff led by the lovely n gracious hostess Tabitha, as a family guys receive our love n Bamburi Beach will always be our holiday destination.

Beautiful hotel with lots of exciting activities to keep you entertained. Lots of water activities such as aqua net ball, water polo, aerobics, football and other. Food is well cooked and a variety of dishes from starter soups, salads, main course, dessert all in open buffet and a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages served. Rooms are decent, clean and relaxing fully air conditioned. Has a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Hair dryer and hot water kettle is also available in the room. A warm welcome at the entrance by all staff and full of hospitality. At night after dinner they have a show and cultural dance very entertaining. Hope you experience a fantastic stay like I did.

a bit old fashioned small hotel directly located on the beach. Surely good to stay for a couple of days but not for much longer.

Stuff so far is fine. Not very good not really bad something in between. Rooms are ok, a bit old fashioned. Food looks to be good.

Sleeping long with open windows is no choice. Too many playing children in the pool.

The beach is nice, long as usual crowded with peolple trying to sell things. The ocean is very shallow

I would rate it as a 3 star hotel but it was our first in Kenya

First time staying at this hotel. Arrived at 4 am the Receptionist was very welcoming as was the rest of the staff. Throughout our stay the staff was helpful, curtious and friendly. My first visit definitely not my last

Proximity to Mombasa-Malindi road. At a beach, warm friendly staff, good food, spacious rooms but decor and fittings could be upgraded to bring it up to date. Well priced package for the low season

Very nice place. Food is good. Waiters are very nice. There 2 swimming pools, the front one is very big and very nice. The rooms are a little bit old fashion but very clean and correct. The view from the rooms is very nice.
