Not well maintained. Stinky bathroom, bed sheets are old, service is sleeping: we waited for 2hours before getting a room. Food is average. But sez view is beautiful.

I have stayed here before for a short period but this time a stayed for over 2 weeks. I love the way the management has ensured environmental friendliness. Solar heating, to the point of displaying carbon levels. It quieter with a bit of privacy - even their nite activities are not a nuisance. The staff really nice, whether its the managers, supervisors or the waiters. The chefs lead by Baite Murume Yo! The receptionists, and all - really wonderful staff and helpful too.I know all by name just that I don't want to list them here.
I like the way they make many food items in-house.
A few things were a low for me:
1. The salad and desert area need improvementespecially desert.
2. Add a bit of variety around food especially when you have local guests.

All in all - you know I will be back God willing.

I love it that all the food is prepared in house I the cheese, jams, beans everything and they have treated water that you can drink straight from the tap. The carbon print is visible right at the gate Go green and enjoy your stay just like I did.

Awesome, Bahari Beach Hotel is always a fascinating place for our family.
Great rooms and meals. It's our home away from home.
It's located on a high Clif yet has great access to the Beach.
This hotel has a great pool and great poolside service.
The food and beverage staff are outstanding.
My children love this place and we're return guests now for 4years.

Exceeded my expectations by a long way. I am here writing this witha a full view of the indian ocean backing the stunning hotel grounds. Staff here are fantastic and make you feel at home and part of the family. Asante sana to the Bahari family and thank you for an amazing beach vacation.

It is a silent charmer. It might not be well known but its environmentally friendly footprint must be applauded. Solar heated water, de-salined water (where you can brush your teeth from the tap) are major selling points. Wonderful staff and comparably smaller number of rooms make it an intimate experience. Other hidden gems are its wonderful Pizzeria in a cave overlooking the beach, world class orange juice, sleepy hammocks and the occasional technicolour gecko.

Customer service could sure use an update though.

All in all, a wonderful place to call home for some days!

very nice service, you wont regret. but there s no WIFI. its WIFI very very weak, never worked for me
