This is one serene area where you can come chill and have fun with friends family and also alone. There's also a playing ground for kids. The ambience is great, the area is well manicured and workers over there are friendly and welcoming. I would recommend anyone citizen or foreigner to pay a visit.

The coffee here is the best I have tasted in Karen. The food is freshly prepared and the service is always courteous.

I am in love with Tin roof. I am just sad they don't open weekends. The open salad bar 😚

Favourite place in Nairobi for sure! Love that they have a few vegan options, and that those options are clearly labeled on the menu. Food was very tasty and the service was prompt and friendly. Tried the roasted vegetable ciabatta sandwich, spiced chickpea burger and vegetable chapatti and all were delicious. Same goes with the amazing fresh salad bar. Washed down the sandwiches with great French press coffee and refreshing fresh juices. Great environment too, with beautiful chickens roaming the grounds along with a wonderful old Labrador Retriever. Yes, the bathrooms do need a bit of work but overall it’s still a great cafe.

Limited options but delicious and healthy food and drinks. Lots of dogs around the place so great for those that love them but not so for those who are squeamish. May be nice to put up signs of the same for those who may have allergies or phobias. Washroom needs more attention as while the rustic look works for the outside decor, bathrooms really should be clean and organized all the time.

Beautiful place, amazing food, great service, with a private, cozy feel. Food is made fresh and on the spot, so there is a wait, but it is worth it. Highly recommended!

A callous, casual place. Very good for breakfast and lunch. Open all the days from 8 am to 5.30pm. Located just opposite the THE HUB it's a place for good healthy options and coffee. Would love to come here again and again

Very quaint and calming, love all the aesthetic of it. I don't even feel like I'm in Nairobi! Waiters are excellent and food is great. If I could, I'd come everyday💗

Tin roof is my favorite breakfast spot. It is quaint and quiet and what tops my list is the quality and flavor of their food. Eggs are always cooked perfectly I like them soft with a runny yolk.
It is a must visit if you want a great breakfast in Nairobi and it is really affordable. Something you can put on your weekly family to do list.
