Talk of classy tasty fast food, this is the place. Ample parking so you don't have to worry a bit. Security? A class. You're treated like a boss right from ordering your meal till the end. Looking for a meeting venue while having something? Look no further. Whether sitting inside or outside the allocated area, you're guaranteed to be satisfied. Lastly, prices Affordable? Definitely.

It is very chilled and offers a very comfortable environment. Their chicken is amazing and the service is self service. It's among the major fast food stops in Kenya. I especially like their inside setting the lights brings a chilled mood. It is a good place to catch up with friends

Terrible service. Ordered 15 pieces takeaway only to get home and find 14. Next time I was there they still mixed up my order; was there at 9.15pm but was leaving at 10.15 pm(with no food!). The mix up rectified by starting to cook a new batch. Get this, at 10.15pm the machine is apparently broken down and they want to refund the cash! If I had any aneurysms I guess this would have been the day they burst. My advice, just don't buy chicken pieces here after 9pm(or at all). Not worth the hassle.

I have ordered a Fully Loaded Box Meal at 19:25 and they said in 45 mins you will get it. However, they haven't delivered in 1 hr (at 20:25). Then I have decided to call them again and they said they will deliver it in 10 mins. Time is running. Now, time is 20:42 and still waiting for it. Then I have decided to go and eat there. By the time I start eating at KFC after complaining to the manager, the driver calls me. Guess the time now, it is 21:27. By the way, I live in Karen C and I have ordered from KFC at Galleria Mall. NOTE: There is no traffic congestion on the way. Any vehicle can reach there less than 10 mins. Thanks!

TERRIBLE, the service is unbelievably bad. It is pathetic that they leave you with 3 hours of waiting time, and despite calling back at least 5 times they cant manage a delivery. shambles.. disappointing.

Your ordinary KFC standard in Kenya besides the fact that the two occasions i have ordered a meal here, they gave me rotten chicken. So left me to only getting their delicious ice cream cones whenever i come here.
