Throughout our stay we were very well looked after all the staff are polite helpful and friendly to name a few Wilfred and Phepe at the reception she has been most helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable .
There is lots of choice on food breakfast a good comfortable stay.

we actually had a gig here,the lovers and friends, at the rooftop..it was one of a kind and we killed it!! 😘 how nice of them to host us.. good ambience, good and friendly staff, good food, the security is tight and so gives you the feeling that you are in a safe place. and incredibly good interiors. the hotel is generally prepared for any emergencies e.g fire and so one feels really safe and free.

A good place to stay for a couple of nights, have a bar, pool and in house restaurant. Even though the selection is small

Very well located in the center of the city. Distance to the airport can be 20 minutes at night or 2 hours during rush hour. Extremely friendly staff. Large clean room. Nice washroom. WiFi is good. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is really good. Some restaurants nearby at a walking distance. There is a gym, spa, pool and health center.

Had a good experience during my overnight at the Best Western. It is in the center of town surrounded by good food and shopping. There is a gate and a guard at the entrance which keeps it secured. The room is nice. The fitness center and rooftop pool (see pic) are beautiful and a hidden gem. The restaurant and cafe at the entrance are nice too.

This hotel is one of the best that I have stayed at when in Nairobi. The staff is great, friendly and professional at all times. They will insist on carrying your bags in a sweet touch. They have complementary drinks on check in whilst they process your details. They have a pool on the upper deck. They have a restaurant and it sometimes offers buffet meals.

I would like to highly this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy life in Nairobi. All the employees are very polite and professional. I enjoyed very excellent breakfast there. The computer system is very good. All the services are excellent. Only the prices for massage are high, when I compare with massage services I received in other countries. If you are rich, that is not a problem. I highly enjoyed staying in this hotel.
The hotel is very safe, clean, and no bad odor in the room. I wish to stay there every time I visit Nairobi. Consequently, I recommend this hotel without any reservation.

The air conditioning is really bad in the room. The place is accessible and in a good area. The breakfast is good quality and nice spread except that they charge for fresh fruit juice.

Staff was super helpful. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable! The roof top pool and bar is nice and they also have a small gym. The location itself is also very convenient.

Visited the hotel and was truly impressed. I stay in the super chain hotels around three months of the year so having a nice room is very important to me. Really is a very good hotel for travellers.

The bathroom - wow! I'm modelling mine on theirs when I finally build my own home.

It is a lovely place, once you enter you forget you're in the busy noisy Nairobi area Rooms are soundproof-it's seriously quiet inside there, it's unbelievable. The staff are friendly and helpful, very polite, always happy. The room has beautiful finishings, amazing colour combination, lovely showers and super comfortable beds.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay.

Good service but food is very slow to arrive. Order early if your hungry. Lovely rooms and cute little rooftop pool. Neighborhood is super dodgy so don't go out unless in an uber.

We stayed overnight due to a delayed flight. The hotel is neat and rooms are relatively modern with nice finishes in the bathroom. It was noisy throughout the night though - doors banging, ongoing construction, staff working, etc. The dinner provided was decent - a variety of local, Asian and western cuisine as well as dessert and finished off with fresh, sweet fruits. The staff and manager of the hotel were accommodating. You tend to get irritable with delayed flights but the accommodation here made up for it.

They are very efficient at cleaning but poor on maintenance. There is always someone with a dust mop cleaning the floor in the restaurant and bar. I saw someone cleaning the chair legs in the bar this morning. However, The air conditioning did not work in the first room I checked into. I had to pack up and move to another room and tonight it's not cooling either

High quality hotel. Very clean, well designed and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for the money. I gave only four stars because of the bad sound proofing in our room and the gym was under renovation and out of use.
