Great ambiance regardless of the day you go there. Friday nights are particularly recommended because of the live bands which are always a treat.
The staff are also always incredibly helpful, especially for regulars.

Great club serving good food and drinks at reasonable prices. The venue is sort after by respectable high end clientele. Great live music by the Calabash band playing an all round mix of music to keep you dancing. Great place to be!

Tamambo is now run by the Tamarind group so you are assured of good service and excellent meals. The gardens are beautiful and great to relax (when the weather is good). If you have an event, they have a tent in the back which can hold up to 150pax. During the day you can buy very nice pieces of art from the resident artist. It offers both cosy ambiance and a lively atmosphere when the band plays on Friday and Saturday.

The place is just 7 minutes from my home. This is a landmark restaurant establishment of historical significance and it never disappoints. Friday's are best wound up here by Karenites. After tough days in the field as a Property Consultant, I enjoy my evenings here with other Professionals. Good food good wine selection good ambience good neighbours good place.

Wonderful to sit outside in the garden for a meal. When it gets cooler they bring over heaters so you can continue enjoying your meal outside. Then menu is varied and the chicken masala is good. Steak was not so good though. Prices are fair and the service is good.

This place is one the best restaurant in Karen area the customer service is great here the venue/location is ideally great for every age. The foods offered are awesomely tasty. Very friendly and warm staff serene environment and tight security offered.

Beautiful atmosphere, great and a wide selection of food, and amazing staff. I highly recommend a visit. It was perfect for lunch after visiting the Giraffe Center and the Elephant Orphanage.

Beautiful beautiful place to hang out in the heart of Nairobi, but away from all the hustle and bustle. Their food is fairly good. Loved the Fully loaded burger, the chicken Kikapu was not all that!

Delicious food in a beautiful atmosphere. When you sit outside you can here the frogs in the pond while you enjoy the food.

The restaurant here is amazing. Be careful to note that there are actually 2 restaurants (Tamambo and tamarind). The Tamarind is more upscale and requires reservations.
