It is my go to health care provider because it is very affordable. The doctors and other staff are qualified and competent. They are also authentic and extremely friendly. The Hospital is very clean, spacious and not crowded. My favorite staff is Ms. Wambui who is in charge of meals because of her generosity, variety, frequent and personalized services. Ms. Wambui was comfortably preparing for us sweet traditional meals happily.. Dr. Mwanzia, who heads the Hospital is very competent too and full of energy. There is a kind of energy Dr. Mwanzia radiates which make every feel comfortable and safe. She will Also easily arrange for sm expert doctor to come and treat I case the lack that expertise in house

In my life I never had such a bad experience.. Professionalism is like pain in their souls.. How can a female doctor go and gossip loudly and shamelessly with a nurse.again am not allowed to see my wife being attended to. The receptionist had to confront.after being chased.you can't be attended without cash. Money is the priority
honestly you had the best male doctorsif you have issue's at home don't bring them to me Or your client. Honestly I won't advice anyone to attendthat hospital Management should trace this and take actions on the female doctor and female nurse. Today I just took my wife to get her implant removed and I had to run like stoned dog. What if you going for a major incident. You had 5* but unfortunately. Even 1* was just for the receptionist..shame on you shame on you..response / report this review -
