Very helpful switchboard and entrance guards.Much better than other places such as England. And what about the consultants ? Well, as long as they don't behave as self-preening and self-serving 'coconuts' (the remnant stooges of a colonial era) and develop protocols that serve their patients and their junior doctors interests and the not the agenda of parasitical politicians, perhaps they may redeem themselves.
