It is not my problem when they are short on medicine, and expect me to come back to the pharmacy, to take friggin number at the end of queue, wait 30 min for the medicine they should have given me the first time! MINUS 10 STARS for customer service of patients!!!!!

Has the best nursing care in Nairobi.
The doctors here are pretty good except that it is a high end hospital so every service will cost you a lot more.

The surgery unit's waiting corridor was cold and exposed to the elements on a chilly rainy evening. They should also allow in 4 visitors at a time.

I visited the antenatal clinic yesterday and I did not like it one bit.too crowded,no air conditioner,receptionist was very rude.seeing a doctor was impossible, I ended up going home after waiting for an hour.what happened to the good old Aga khan hospital????????it breaks my heart!!!

The hospital buildings are great it has lots of doctors and nurses but they are rather slow. We waited to admit a patient for over 5 hours finding a bed was hell of a task. Clearing too takes forever the nurses and docs don't seem to be in a hurry to help discharge and this affects their admissions wonder why the management hasn't seen this

They are too slow, my mom was admitted to the the hospital with stomach pains and upon admission the following morning they were supposed to do O. D.G,so we eagerly awaited untill 5o'clock that day only to be told that she took breakfast therefore it affected the results. My question is was there no communication with the casualty about the scan. Being a private hospital I think it's not inaccordance
