Worst services ever, you have to wait for hours to see a doctor.Customer service desks are unmanned and the few who are there are not customer centric. NEVER coming back
40 mins later and still waiting for paedetrician and they tell you there's a vaccine missingfor crying out loud it's clinic day how do you miss vaccines??? Greenspan mall, have a bit of professionalism!!!
A good hospital to visit. All the branches are standardized and there is good management.
Medical facility located at first parkland avenue approx 300mtrs off Limuru road . A promising world class medical centre. Though a private firm ..they got fare treatment cost as compared to her neighbours .eg Agha Khan and MP .SHAH .. which makes it Ideal and convenient . You can pay via card, Insurance accepted. 24hr service .it's simply a good medical centre
Two stars because you cannot have some kindness of sorting out parking
good hospital but need improvement on custumer care

The worst experience ever with a very arrogant receptionist at embakasi clinic on 3rd January 2018.
Good hospital,better services available.
Very good hospital but they have to improve their management system
They don't have good services
Well I tried calling to get charges for some lab tests and even after holding for 15 mins I still never got assisted.!!!
Avenue Clinic Nakumatt lifestyle. Very good coordination and professionalism from entrance to doctor to lab. Best experience i've had in a hospital.. Note: doesn't smell hospital like
It's a good hospital with average payment burden
Warm welcoming staff and beautiful murals.
Worst hospital ever. Don't bring your patient here, if you plan to admit him/her. Nurses are very rude and have to be reminded a million times to do their work. They only pretend to give medications when doctors are around. Close this hell hall down if you don't know how to run it. I don't even know why it's called a hospital, it should be called a clinic
Fair services and thanks to Dr. Museve I can walk again.
Thank you Dr Alaro, one of the best paediatrician s
