Lovely place to watch the sunset in Kisumu. Great service from the staff. You can actually tip them on the hotel's bill. Cute swimming pool and fresh food. Different places to have coffee, have cocktails and relax over dinner. They also get to validate your card so you won't pay for parking

Acacia is located a stone throw away from the busy CBD in Kisumu and offers a great experience. The food is great and inclusive of a variety of meals, customer service is top notch and the staff are very friendly right from the entrance of the hotel. If you are looking for a place to relax, then head over to the roof top and enjoy the view of Kisumu County from the top.

Great ambiance, great food. Unfortunately suffering from post election violence trauma. Hopefully it will settle soon.

One of the classiest hotels in Kisumu. A modern establishment that has raised the stakes in terms of accommodation in Kisumu. It’s in a great location in the CBD. The hotel is part of a mall so easy access to cafes and shops.

Airport pick up is available with a really snazzy driver. It’s always great to have a driver who has personality. I like a little chit chat when I arrive somewhere you know to gauge the mood of a place.

The staff service is excellent. They are very jovial and helpful. We got VIP service for a standard room :) They helped take our bags to our room and the lady at reception gave us the room with the best view of Lake Victoria which was a lovely surprise once we walked into the room.

I didn't like their food much but the portions were good and service was great. My cocktail was flat nothing too amazing.

They have a beautiful pool and deck area which is great for meeting up with people.

Their breakfast was good with the standard buffet thing going on. I really enjoyed their banana cake. I even took some to go. :)

Slow service. Indifferent staff. Average food. Jack in the coffee bar is very good and makes a great latte. Pleasant view of the lake from the swimming area.
Security had closed back gate of shopping mall and forced guests to navigate on foot around the building (huge shopping mall) to get vehicles during a massive rain storm. When asking front desk for umbrella they responded rudely and refused. They have a snotty 5 star attitude in this place.

I loved the place. Service and the ambience was marvellous. Though the grilled steak was kinda hard. Looking forward to try new delicacy.

I travel for business, and this was a great place to stay and facilitate a training. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. First visit I had a room that had no view and the window looked out on a roof. This room was dark. Second time staying here, had a view of the lake. It was pretty. This hotel is attached to a small mall that has a bank, grocery store, java coffee and some other small shops. This locatiin is also near other malls, resturants and stores. I'll definately stay here again.

An executive hotel attracting different people including locals and tourists. Located in the heart of the city, the hotel offers bed and breakfast for it's guests, has a swimming pool, good views of Kisumu city etc. Acacia Premier is usually busy on weekends that's from Friday to Sunday evening. The nice meals and live performances cannot go unnoticed. This is a very nice place to relax and have fun.
