A 3-star hotel but felt like a serviced apartment. Clean, safe & quiet within the building. Booked direct & stayed in the corner premium room on 9th floor for 4 nights. Room size stated 23㎡ yet no space for 2 suitcases. No foldable luggage rack either. When room is tiny, don't expect the bathroom to be spacious.

In-room Wi-Fi speed was a bit slow & occasionally choopy. Breakfast included in room rate (not free, please.) The small & narrow work desk for laptop users was also used as table for coffee & tea making corner. Water boiler took more than usual time to boil. Basin & bathtub water pressure was surprisingly strong & good. Comfortable pyjamas that makes you feel sleepy, unfortunately it's not for sale.

Front office is at the 5th level & staff' attitude towards foreigners fall slightly below the Japanese service standard. Improvement needed in this area. Location is the talking point. One big supermarket next to it, another highrise residential condominium built by the same hotel group can be found few metres away, wide range of East-meet-West casual eateries & convenient stores are just across the street. Sannomiya interchange is within walking distance. Pre-book fixed rate taxi pick-up from hotel main entrance to Kansai Airport is at ¥12,000, cash or card.

Above all, this is a nice hotel, only if you don't expect too much from it.

Great Service, very friendly staff the room services were excellent. Breakfast lots of verity good coffee. Rooms not that big but once you settle in its okay. If you smoke and want to relax get a smoking room, or every time you want a smoke you have to go to the 5th floor smoking room.
All up I would recommend it as its also close to the train station and all the shops.

Located within short walking distance from the public transportation hub Sannomiya Station. Many restaurants and stores nearby. Great and convenient location, though the room is small. Simple buffet breakfast is served to every guest. Good choice for travellers in Kobe area.

excellent location just few minutes walk from the trains station. lot of restaurants in the area. close to rental car pickup location. good western style breakfast.

入口は英国スタイルでおしゃれです。そこから5階のフロントまで直通のエレベーターがあります。
フロントでカードキーを渡されますが、そのキーをかざさないとエレベーターで客室まで昇れないようになっていて、誰もが勝手に入れないシステムになっていたのが安心でした。
部屋はとても綺麗で、アメニティも女性の使用を考えてか、ミキモトのソープやシャンプーで、入浴剤まで付いていました。移動で疲れていたので、入浴剤入りのお風呂にゆったり浸かれるのは良かったです。
wifiも使えるし、女性１人で宿泊していて不便を感じることはまったくありませんでした。
それと、チェックインが3時からだったのですが、お昼の12時頃に着いてしまったので、荷物だけ預かってもらいたいと思ってフロントに行ったら｢本日は特別にもうご案内できるお部屋がございますので、大丈夫です。｣と言っていただけたのがありがたかったです。
満室だとそういうわけにもいかないのでしょうが、規則だから時間までチェックインできなくても当たり前と思わずに、親切に対応してくださったことに感謝します。
又利用したいです。
