  This is the place I stay by myself but I would hesitate to bring my family. It's fairly clean but it's age is evident. I would say it is in need of a renovation to raise it up from three stars.

  2. 500 meters from Hyogo Station
  3. Rooms are larger than standard business hotel room size.
  3. Bathrooms are larger than standard business hotel bathroom size.
  4. TV is a bit small.
  5. Nice restaurant on the first floor.
  6. Very clean.
