This is a clean and conveniently located hotel in Kobe close to plenty of shopping and good options. The park at the ocean front is also within walking distance as well as Chinatown. The rooms are super small though, but the price seems tolerable compared to other options. The affiliated restaurant seems pricy; breakfast is in the $18 range per person.

I've never stayed here, but sometimes I pop in for a drink in the lobby restaurant. Small selection of food and drinks, but good service and environment.

Rooms are bigger than other business hotels, as is the bathroom. Decent location. There's a quaint bar and restaurant at the lobby floor. Was given a smoking room though when I requested non-smoking, and they didn't have any open rooms to change me to. The room ended up being fine, but for someone with allergies or asthma it could have been a problem.

My wife has stayed before and thought it was great, but this time we could only get a smoking room. The bathroom, however, is top-notch. We skipped breakfast, but noticed too late that the lunch set was 1,300 yen for pasta plus antipasti buffet. Lots of elegant Kobe women taking advantage of it!
I'll give it more stars if I stay again and get a nonsmoking room!🚭response / report this review
