    Unique and fun experience

Check in was a breeze, they provided you space for your large baggage (that is opened) and a private locker (for smaller baggage). They provided pajamas and slippers for you. The baths were large and spacious, they switch the times for males and females for the 'big' bathroom (which has the tub). make sure to utilize this added benefit when you can. the bathrooms were equipped with everything you need to either get ready for bed, or get ready to go. (Washrooms for males and females were on different floors)

As the capsule rooms go. It was fun. It was a little noisy at times, people coughing, moving around, settling in, etc. However, it was comfortable, and just spacious enough for the two of us, and I'm 6 ft.

The location was good, it was close to a subway line. it was definitely an interesting experience. If we weren't so Jet lagged, I truly believe that we could have fallen asleep peacefully and had uninterrupted sleep.

Overall, If you're on a budget, or looking for an interesting experience; I'd say go for it!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and we did not enjoy ourselves very much. The bed springs were poking through the top of the mattress so my wife couldn't get much sleep. Our neighbours were awake all night and they kept us awake too! Bathrooms were kept clean but you have to be comfortable washing naked in front of others because there are no separate stalls. The staff were very polite and helpful but honestly, we weren't looking for any frills. Just a place to sleep. When my wife couldn't get any sleep, there wasn't much to redeem the place.

Capsule experience itself is fine. Lockers, bathrooms, and baggage storage are all on different floors which is very inconvenient. Price is pretty high considering you could go to other more convenient hotels of similar fashion for much less, and considering there is no wifi, breakfast or a/c. Location is close to train station but there isnt much to do around the hotel. Overall, would recommend looking elsewhere.

Capsule hotel experience is cool, but stay elsewhere. Power outlets didn’t work in the capsule. Had to ask the front desk for air conditioning. Staff was very rude while checking out; told us to “hurry up” while packing.

Love the staff, and such fun to stay at a capsule hotel. Sad that they don't serve breakfast anymore, and slightly higher prices than in the past, but still out first choice when we go to Tokyo.

Well located close to kiba station. Clean.
But the problem is about the noise and the matress confort.
Staff is polite but they refused to switch my capsule, i guess there is a side for japanese people (calm and respectful) and for gaijin people (noisy.)

Interesting experience for us! We stayed one night in a two person capsule. I would have liked the experience more if the capsule doors felt more secure. Definitely give it a try when you are in Tokyo.

A tick in the box for any traveler.

We opted for an air condition capsule - actually this means air conditioned room.

    - luggage was well looked after
    - 24hr manned front desk
    - hot tub & washing facilities, standard and fine for one nights stop over.

One of Tokyo's only couples casuals as well

Excellent experience, and one of a very few capsule hotel where couples can share a bed. Very little secure storage for luggage, slightly uncomfortable shared restrooms & curt staff. Would recommend for a short stay.
