Nice 5 star hotel whole the lobby design is a bit weird. Very helpful and friendly staff No bath salt as normal 5 star hotel will offer

Everything in this hotel is amazing! Never failed to impress me every time I visit tokyo.. spacious rooms, very kind staff and extremely kind with kids. Easy access to hibya station. Best location in tokyo.

Beautiful and elegant hotel with excellent service. The rooms were not large by any means but the spa was nice and the concierge was helpful. Beds are hard as usual in most hotels in Asia unfortunately. But the room was quiet and relaxing.

I have stayed at a few nice hotel in Tokyo, but none of them gave me so special room service. Thank you house keeping ladies, made my room extremely neat. I will bring everyone a box of Godiva if I stay the Peninsula Tokyo next time. Thank you.

The Peninsula is a beautiful hotel with amazing rooms and views. The staff was excellent and always right on top of any need we had. My only reason for the 4 stars actually has nothing to do with the hotelMore it's restaurants. We enjoyed our hotel experience immensely but found the food establishments and in-room dining lacking. For this we had to remove one star. As a hotel it's amazing, but so many of these places have incredible food for their guests as well and I hoped this Peninsula would as others have.

Superb. A top hotel of the world with the service, staff and location to match.

It's obviously not the cheapest option in the city but you do get what you pay for. We were fortunate enough to be in a suite with a fantastic view and lots of space. Thank you for making the first stop on our honeymoon such a memorable one.

Great, perfect and excellent service. The staffs are very friendly and well-informed.
They were cooperative and professional answering our question for supervising us in the hotel The facilities at the hotel are very lovely as well- very clean and very well maintained. I really enjoyed their service. . I was so amazed and surprised when I stayed in this hotel in my life in this beautiful hotel of Tokyo.So, I can proof that they can earn five ratings in every angle in this world.
