午前（？）のフロントを対応している方があまり気に入らないが、午後（？）を対応している方はとても優しくて良いと思います。
部屋についてですが、多少カビ（？）が生えていたり、埃がたまっていたりと個人的には良いとは思えませんでした。安価なのでその点は妥協しなければいけないのかなと思いました。response / report this review -

狭いですが、風呂に入って寝るだけなら十分です。古いですが清潔にされている部屋。駅からも遠くありません。

Old and small rooms, but clean. Staff understands hardly any English. Location is quite good.
The hotel is apparently locked down between 00:30 and 06:00. You can't enter and possibly exit as far as I understood. This might be a big problem for people who want to stay out late or have to get up quite early. Maybe even for the people that want to get out during a fire. Because of the limited English I could not clarify this 100%.response / report this review -

出張で上野のホテルに泊まらざるを得ず、こちらのホテルに宿泊しました。設備もよく従業員の方の対応が非常によかったです。

出張で上野のホテルに泊まったんですがココは上野駅からも近くて立地は最高でした。フロントの方の対応も良くて今後、上野でホテルをとる時はココにすると思います。
