Nice clean rooms. Hotel was completely disabled friendly. Staff was extremely kind

Clean and well managed hotel. The staff is warm. Room is just standard in size, relatively small compared to other country, of the same class, but that's Japan typical size.
All room and bathroom equipment / toiletries are working very fine..no complaint at all.
Overall, you can rest well and have a pleasant stay. Good job!response / report this review -

Stayed here on the way to visit Sanrio Puroland. Extremely accessible with a short walk down Hello Street. Just next to a big mall and the train station. Staff kindly upgraded the family to the Hello Kitty suite and it was fantabulous. Kids had a whale of a time.

Nice enough hotel. Was starting fur a conference, so location was great as near public transport and shops. Accidentally ended up in a smoking room, which wasn't the nicest as a non-smoker, but my fault. Staff and services were great, so no complaints.

The hotel is nice and the staff is vrry courteous. The hotel is definitely showing its' age but it's well kept and maintained. For American travelers, the superior room is roomy, lower sized rooms are far far too small. The hotel is located in a great area with lots to see and eat.
