in between 2 subway lines so it is really convenient. Food aplenty nearby, numerous 24 hrs convenient stores. Room is clean and facilities are well maintained. Service of staff are good. Suggest not to buy the 800yen breakfast because it is set menu. I asked for 4 eggs instead and was rejected without any options. Basically I skipped the 3 days breakfast and get better ones with surrounding eateries. Overall good place to stay except for breakfast.

A great place for stay in Tokyo. Very friendly stuff, walking distance from Tokyo station with many restaurants around. Rooms are very clean and services are good.

In my case room was little bit small but I think its just Tokyo standard.

Location was somewhat difficult to find if you did not practice walking via Google maps. It's around the block from 7-11 and really close to a lot of food which is great. The rooms are small by western standards but ample for a home base to rest. Bathrooms are clean and efficient.

Hotel location is good (nice, safe area), the clerks at the front desk are helpful and kind. The only downside is the size of the room--it is SMALL. We had a double bed in ours and there is literally no room for suitcases. Otherwise very good though.

Our favorite hotel in Japan so far. Typical small rooms, but comfortable! Great amenities (extra-extras include "lady's set", plus different scented bath salts available in lobby daily!), clean, newer rooms. The employees at the desk were friendly and some knew some English. Inexpensive coin laundry, coffee available most hours of day in lobby and free energy drinks! I also liked the neighborhood very much. It was a quieter side of Tokyo with lovely residents and fresh taiyaki in the day. Across from hotel is an American style diner called Munchies, consider trying! I will definitely stay here next time or at least another location.
