  It is a nice hotel with free internet access and even so gives you a provitional smartphone with internet data in order to use it around town, GPS, etc. The location is really good, infront of the bus station and 3minutes walk from the RailStation! I really recommend this hotel, it have hot and cold water and bathtube! For business or tourism, you should try Keio Plaza Hotel. I will definitely come back.

  Staff is very friendly, many spoke English which was very helpful as an American who struggles with the Japanese language. Very close to the train station and shopping mall.

  Great hotel for the business traveler, convenient to trains, airport buses (Narita and Haneda), taxis, shopping and restaurants. Staff is extremely friendly and eager to meet guest's wishes.

  Why one star???
  I will tell you.
  Woke up in the morning and pulled the sheets off of me to find!!!
  BLOOD.
  NOT MY BLOOD.
  And not a small amount
  They made not offer to upgrade the room, nor did they apologize.. they just sent house keeping to change the sheets.

  No room service available. Need to pay for any mineral water in the room. Very hard to get queen / king size bed even with very advance booking. Booking done a month before for long term stay but still being asked to switch rooms after2 or 3 days once
