Stayed here for 3 days. The last day housekeeping didn't close my door after the service. No manger that I can talk about this serious situation. I mentioned to the front desk staff saying will return in 2 days for 1 more night, didn't mention anything at all about the incident upon check in. Lots of night club around this area. The music was going on until 6 in the morning. I spoke to the front desk and nothing they can do about it. This is all our fault the traveler not posting the real situation about this hotel so now people aware of it.

A relatively low cost hotel which makes up for its lack of services with proximity to very active areas. Located near Dotonbori, a famous street with great nightlife and variety of restaurants and eateries; while also being very close to a wide range of commercial shops and the local 'Namba' subway station, which allows for easy travel around Osaka. The hotel rooms are clean and look very modern and impressive for the price point. A small but very traveller friendly feature are USB powerpoints for charging devices located above each bedhead. Staff are helpful and friendly, and speak Japanese, English, and Chinese. Overall, a pleasant experience and unless you plan on staying inside for some time, the hotel is perfect for someone who is exploring Osaka and doesn't plan on spending much time inside.

I did not enjoy my stay here. There are much better-run business and budget hotels that run their service better than this hotel. Expect to get dirty room floors and facilities, shower water that run ice-cold for split seconds every so often, and even the sink runs alternatively between hot and cold. Get ready annoying narrow bathtubs that guarantee you either hit the handle bars intended for elders or stick to the plastic shower curtains. Worse of my experiences: discriminating lobby staff that think I'm not a guest and prevent me from using their own lobby restroom right after I've already checked-in. Terrible, terrible experience.
