The location is great, the neighborhood is very lively. Very close to the Namba station. The room is very clean and the service great.

It is 7 stops from Shin-Osaka JR Station and a bit of a distance from the metro station. But once you get there, you're surrounded by a lot of food, shopping, and social spots. The reception was friendly and helpful, and provided prompt assistance with our dining reservation at a local restaurant.

As far i can tell hotel didn't have a real bar but has a few restaurants and bars in the same building. Local food plus Italian and English bar food. Personally I like they hub - English pub there with great snacks and cheap drinks.

The staff is friendly and the location is great. There's a Lawson's right next to the place if you're the type that likes to have groceries in the room.

Great location and superior service. Right on a main subway station and attached to an upscale department store. Rooms are a bit dated but everything was great.

The room where really clean with nice atmosphere and comfortable bed. The personal where nice and friendly and they speak English. The hotel is located close to the train station with allot of nice restaurants nearby.

The beds are comfy, the facilities are great. I just wish the room was a little more spacious for 4 people and we could crack open a window or something.

Very conveniently located and staff so friendly. We told them that we are on honeymoon and they really went out of their way to make it special moment to remember. Staff can speak English and very accommodating. There's even a nestle coffee machine in the room!
