Friendly staff, great dining experience. The guest room was kind of small with low ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom looked dated with yellowish wallpaper, and a hint of old urine smell. The bed was comfortable. A non-smoking room smelled like old cigarette butts though. Convenient location with nearby railroad station and department store.

12th floor restaurant with a view over Osaka. Very good food, sparkling wine on the all-you-can-drink menu. All in all fancy.

Japanese style room is roomy & clean. Close to train station & shopping. Lots of places to eat around the hotel.

what a nice hotel!!! i thought it is just little hotel before i get here, but real is so beautiful, nice price, good view.

The room might be kind of small. But I felt was enough for it's purpose. However, it is right next to a train station, super market, department store, bunch of restaurants, and a 7-11 type store. That make the location real convenient and that gets a high rating from me. The ramen store across the street is very good.
