A deluxe hotel that is very comfortable and inexpensive. We had a great lunch in the Kobe Grill, delicious food skillfully prepared on the grill in front of us. It was surprisingly inexpensive, for the service and quality. The beef was excellent. I loved the grilled garlic chips. The salad was interesting and tasty, not the same old boring lettuce and tomato. We were on the Club floor, so had access to drinks and snacks from morning to night. We had breakfast there and were completely satisfied with the variety, quality and ambience. Our room had a great view of Kobe and was quite comfortable. According to my wife, there is a very nice onsen, but I didn't try it. There are complete instructions for using the onsen for foreigners unfamiliar with the bath protocol. It's not very convenient for central Kobe, but there is an airport shuttle to Osaka.
good service with nice staff & hot springn & convenient access to the train. however better to stay in Sannomiya area if you want to spend your time till midnight in Kobe central area.
Checkin and check out can be improved. The Onsen is great. Food on the 31st floor was great.
Internet sucks.. 20 bucks for pool.. seriously!!. rooms are ok.. service is pretty good though..
Rooms are OK Little dated. The onsen is great Quite crowded but very nice. Gym is not worth it for those who like to use gym.. Very basic.
Hotel is middle of nowhere so if you stay here to get back to city it's around 4000 yen one way by cab.

The room and the onsen are very beutiful and comfortable. The breakfast is great. A perfect high class Hotel
Our stay at the Kobe Bay Sheraton was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible and we're very friendly. I would highly reccomend this particular location for their stellar service. Their onsen is also well kept and an enjoyable experience as well.
Quiet location, easy transit options to get off the island. Well thought out power outlet locations, it's nice to be able to charge my phone from my bed. Other teachers started there's not much to do around the hotel. There's a nice Spanish fusion restaurant nearby and a fun izakaya across the plaza. Great park at the end of the island
The location is a bit out of the way, but the train station on the hotel's doorstep makes a trip into Kobe fairly painless. And the quieter setting makes it a perfect way to enjoy the in-house onsen.
