The onsen is nice, relaxing and it is affordable. BUT the massage service was horrible!
I booked a body care course for 50 minutes, cost over 6000¥, but the staff was irresponsible and didn’t listen to my response. I asked nicely that he was hurting me and please use the strength less. While he kept saying he would but he didn’t. Until I cannot bare the pain anymore, I had to yell up and he apologized and used less strength for 5 minutes! After that he still kept hurting me!
After 3 days , my body is still under a lot of pain and I’ll surely never come back there again!
I wonder if they are really hiring professional to take care of our health or not !?

Fantastic place to relax without heavy baggage and also to soothe muscle aches lots of food and also a souvenir shop which made me happy! Yes! They also sell yukata with Obi belt! Cheap and great quality! I highly recommend

Great place to relax for a few hours. Not far from city centre as well. After 6pm there's evening discount. Has a huge food court in the center with some games as well. Very convenient system where everyone is given a barcode wristband to keep track of your purchases in the facility without carrying your wallet around. You pay when you leave.

Great way to spend a few relaxing hours. Try to go on off peak hours. They provide all amenities, towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, skincare products ( toner, lotion) hair brushes, hair dryer. Its great value for the price. Just bring makeup, and extra for food, or massage. Add this to your last day, or mid trip, after so much walking in Tokyo, your body will thank you. Would be good for overnights too. The chairs in the tv relaxation room are quite comfortable, and recline. As long as your not a light sleeper. Quite a few snorers there.

Great place for some down time. The food in there is fantastic and at a great price for the amount of food you get. You must try the shaved ice with sauce, we had the mango ice with mango sauce which was really tasty and refreshing.
We went at night time and mostly sat outside in the foot bath which was a great way to spend our first night in Tokyo, especially after a 15 hour flight.

Nice spacious baths. Alot of things to do. There are some entertaining programs and there's a free green tea machine. Can easily spend all day in there. Not for budget traveler's.

This is a replica of an old school onsen, not cheap and not pricey. We loved it. Here's a hot tip - turns out they run a free shuttle bus from Tokyo station and back. We only caught it on the way home, having struggled with our JR pass and transfers to get there. Check out the giant robot at Diver City while you're there.

Prices are very reasonable. Many tubs and enough space, altough maybe small if crowded. Being there on Thursday from 2 to 5 pm was very comfortable. If you are a tourist, I would recommend going early to avoid lots of visitors.

The bathin places (speaking as a man) were great as mentioned and are around 40 degrees celcius, some are outside which is awesome when it is raining and the body is in the warm water.

There is a free shuttle bus starting at the Marunouchi building each hour and takes between 40 and 60 minutes. The bus also goes back when you are finished.

Conclusion: I was sad to leave because it was such an incredibly enjoyable experience. I would strongly recommend visiting this place if you like saunas or a pleasant bathing and relaxing experience.

They really don't let you in if you have the smallest tattoo (covered). We had heard they're cool if you cover a tiny tattoo with plaster but this isn't true. A rude "no entry" at the door. I understand the cultural reasons, but after a long travel and expensive taxi, my understanding about this rule goes out the window. We had to leave hungry, tired and disgraced.

We love this place much. Great place for relaxing and to cure the tiredness after long travel around the town. Checking in was easy. I get to wear my first yukata, we get to choose the design. This place has a lot of hot bath which able to accommodate large crowd of customer. However hot bath temperature is too high for me. Foot soak is fun and temperature was good.

We paid an extra amount for the salt rock sauna, it was uncomfortable at first because sleeping on the hard rock, but after a while, I can definitely feel that my body is lighten with toxin..

After the hot bath, they provide facilities for shower and drying which fully equipped.

Besides, they have a great variety of food and the price is much cheaper than outside. They are delicious and fresh. You will never get hungry in there. Besides, they do provide free water and green tea, you will never get dehydrated.

They also have a large rest area, with massage chair and television. I feel relaxed and asleep.

Checkout was easy too. Entrance ticket fees is definitely worth the price which you can the entire day without noticing.

Excellent service overall. A bit crowded past 3, but still enjoyable. Food is somewhat expensive for what it costs outside, but its good. The baths are amazing, particularly ouside baths. Relaxing room was good as well. The only problem are uneducated tourists who don't know japanese customs and are either too loud or don't bathe before entering the baths. I'd advise you don't visit at peak hours.

The place is awesome, there's foot bath, onsen with different types of pools (inside and outside), a place for resting and the principal area is full of restaurants of different kinds. You don't need to bring anything, the place offers you all you need included in the entrance fee of 2600yen (on weekdays). The only but is that most of the tourists don't know how to behave in the onsen, so please get yourself informed.

The bathhouse has a nice atmosphere and there is a large area with stalls that remind me of Japanese festivals. The only downsides are the price and the crowd. I took a bath, had dinner, got a massage, and did the doctor fish foot bath. The price was a bit over ¥13,000. But if you go only for bathing, it's about ¥2600.

A convenient opportunity to experience Japanese onsen culture. Many of the advertised attractions incur significant extra charge.

Most of the available experiences inside, while diverse, are heavily commercialized. The entrance fee feels unjustified, considering the limited coverage and the price of additional attractions.

I'm posting as a neutral party as I couldn't actually access the venue. Just beware they do not allow for people with tattoos to enter. I unfortunately made a trip without doing my research. Luckily there is a great mall near by so it wasn't a waste. The area is really nice as well.
