well the filipina staff is kind.approachable to us foreigners.i was disgusted with the Japanese staff at the front when my nephew ask for a pork or chopstick at night, he said they cant provide it! Really? funny that they have their own restaurant in the building but cant give even a disposable chopstick. anyway, Im so thankful to the filipina staff who cared to call when we already out in the hotel telling i have something that I forgot in the room.My sunglass. thanks for that.about breakfast, I liked the tofu, seems handmade!

We had a company party here. Hotel people worked as hard as possible and let us enjoy the time there. It was a great night!

This hotel is in a great location and offers good service. However, the cleaning staff woke me up even though I had paid for late check-out.

It's convenient to tokyo tower. The breakfast buffet wasn't worth it. Cold food, overpriced.
