Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly . hotel is close to many convenience stores and shopping is about 10 minute walk. Also subway is about a 5 minute walk too, very easy access. Would stay again when I revisit Tokyo. The prices are very good too, and it comes with complimentary breakfast and has laundry service. Excellent place to stay.

Toyoko INN cannot handle our inquiry by email. Toyoko INN will periodically reserve the payment from your creditcard, even on the day of arrival and hold it even till check-out time. You still have to pay the same amount directly even though they have reserved this amount. So you pay double at the moment. I can bot use my creditcard because of this. Same thing for a Toyoko INN in Kyoto. We asked for an extra pillow and towel for our child (2 years old), they charge for it. The breakfast has transformed to absolute minimalisme. Not a happy CUSTUMOR, I will not come again nor will I recommend this place or any other hotel from Toyoko INN !!
