  Amazing. The service from all the staff was attentive and effective, the rooms were very large and well equipped, and the location was right next to Tokyo station. Admittedly I don't normally stay at hotel at this level, but this was a great experience.

  Room size is decent and location is next to Tokyo station. But the lobby may be the worst in all four season hotel .
  The concierge is not at par compare to the same price range hotel such as peninsula. Their restaurant and shop knowledge needs to improve !
  
  In short , too pricy and there are other options

  We had lunch at a restaurant called MOTIF. Main cuisine + Buffet style appetizer and desserts. Regarding the main, we chose roaster and dry aged beef, and both of them were very good. Teas are also great. Good atmosphere and services.

  This hotel is conveniently located to the Tokyo train station and the staff is highly capable, responsive and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the beds are cozy. Our escort service in the rain to and from the bullet train was such a wonderful comfort to a non-Japanese speaker. The only thing that could be improved is perhaps an update of the hallway decor and eliminating the smoking area of the bar at the restaurant. All in all, a really nice place to stay in Tokyo.

  We had afternoon tea inspired by Salvatore Ferragamo at the lounge "Motif". It was so nice, especially the mini Japanese beef burger was very delicious and wish to have it again.

  Nice service, big room and five star view of Tokyo. The bar/restaurant is nice and the breakfast buffet is exceptionally good. View of the station. Very nice staff and comfy beds, I highly recommend this hotel.

  4-star service with 5-star pricing. Motif Bar tables with a view book quickly. Half-price on select drinks at Happy Hour 5-7p but service is slow, so place your orders accordingly. Ordered vodka martini with two olives, was asked to repeat order, then confirmed; drinks delivered with one olive anyway.

  I had afternoon tea here for birthday celebration. That was also the last day to move away from Tokyo. They have a wide range of tea options and we got to taste 8 types. Desserts are good and we had our stomachs to the fullest. It was a beautiful scene sitting there and watching trains at the Tokyo station.
