Small, but incredibly clean rooms. The bathroom feels like the bathroom from an RV. Breakfast simple, but good. Very fine customer service. Fine for one or two nights.

Beautiful ladies and Friendly customer service, room might be slightly small but overall neat, clean, and complete with basic needs. Nearby have family mart and bread store. About 5 - 10 minutes walk from fukakusa station, and 5 - 10 minutes walk down the road for meal. Night is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended.

The airco wasn't always an airco, most of the time it was just climate control that was set too warm for sleeping. The staff was nice but for a hotel I expected better English. Rooms are small but that's normal here. Pretty clean and the bathroom is okay. I wish they had a place so you could unpack. You will be living out of your suitcase.

Nice clean comfortable room. Large bed. Cheaper coin parking opposite the rear of the hotel.
