A very nice hotel with a luxury feeling but at a reasonable price. The location is good, close enough to Dotonbori and the osaka castle, a couple stations away from main lines as well.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and worked. Good business hotel. Not many facilities but has access to local malls and a gym nearby so in all not bad. Convenient location to get to JR as well as the 100¥ bus to Tennoji area.
