Great hotel with good English speaking staff. Rooms are clean and big. Service is top notch plus food is also exquisite.

Top class Western Style Hotel just minutes from the Universal Studio Park. Purchase you park passes right from the lobby. Make sure to add the breakfast buffet as well to help you fuel up prior to a full day at the park.
The staff is friendly and attentive and they make your stay go effortlessly.

Great view to USJ. The family room equipped with plenty of infant and child friendly amenities. The buffet breakfast is of wide variety but don't expect much on taste. Get a deep ocean room (club room) to enjoy express queue for breakfast.

The most kid friendly hotel ever!! The breakfast buffet even has a little buffet for kids. Lots around to see. Very friendly staff!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The room is surprisingly big for 4 persons ( 2 adults and 7yo + 2 yo) and spacious and it has the complete amenities. They gave you cute toothbrushes for kids and nicely smelled shampoo and body wash. It is very close to universal studio and the train station, really just 2 mins walk. Everything is very clean.
The minion theme lobby is also adding a good entertainment for the kids.
If only there are more english option for the TV channel, it will be perfect.response / report this review -

Excellent rooms, superior service and perfect location to universal and the train station! Room fit 3 adults and 2 children perfectly. It match the description when I booked the hotel. English speaking staff made it easy for us and there was also a massage salon. Buffet food was delicious. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to family and friends.

Great hotel, affiliated to Universal Studios (USJ) so just next block. It's located, however, out of the USJ mall (Universal City Walk), in what feels too distant compared to all other hotels. Still, that's only by comparison, and you're still sleeping a mere 3 minute walk from the main entrance to the park. The breakfast buffet was great, and my 3 year old daughter loved it; the room was prepared for her and even a small yukata (her size) was provided; and the hotel had a Minion theme for the year. Any place that my daughter loves gets a 5 star in my mind (but this hotel already had five, from me). As any other USJ affiliated hotel, highly recommended.

Pretty nice hotel, we had a view of Universal Studios from our room. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. The laundry service was not fun. They have self serve laundry (¥300 for washer, ¥200 for 30 min on the dryer), with dryers that suck. We had a very small load Just socks, underwear, and a few shirts. And we had to dry for 1.5 hours (¥600) but our clothes still weren't dry. We hang dried after that. They have a few restaurants, and a small convenience store/souvenir shop. Very close to USJ (Universal Studios Japan), and JR train line. Despite the laundry situation, I would still recommend.

Very modern and kid friendly hotel. They had popular movies for free on TV, and tasty food. Pillows had one side with hard rice I think, which I wasn't used to but wasn't too bad. The one serious problem I had was doing coin laundry. It took 3 loads at 200 yen per load to get 6 small shirts and a pair of jeans dried, and the jeans still were not dry.
