Portliner Boeki station have no lift or escalator. Beware if you come with big bags.

Nice hotel close to the center of Kobe ! We got a room at the 13th with a fantastic view but not so much space for two.

Nice hotel with clean room
Stayed here for 1 night on a transit. It is about 15min walk from Sannomiya station and close to the city centre. Room was very clean, the bath tub was aloso bigger than most Japanese hotels in the same price range.

The room is ok but outdated.
The wifi seemed to be very fast when we arrived in the afternoon, in the Evening the speed was very slow and unreliable.
We chose to have the breakfast included, i don't think it's worth the money; i was particulally intrested in the Western breakfast but there was only small choice.
Afterwards we had a bad Experience, we choose to not take breakfast on the day op departure. Nightshift told us we could get refund. Morningstaff incisted us to pay for breakfast we did'nt use. No compromis, quite harsh in aproach.response / report this review -

Nice location and value for money. Walking distance to chinatown, kobe port tower and shopping areas.
