Very good location, just a few minutes walk off Sannomiya stations. There are only two sets of washing machine/clothes dryer but there are two laundromats within 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel (I think they are better than the ones at the hotel). The reception handled my couriered luggage (both receiving and sending using Kuroneko Yamato) and this is always handy. Make sure to join up with their loyalty program if you plan to use this chain of hotels in the future, as the membership will get you discounts as well as early access for booking rooms.

It's pretty decent and they give u breakfast for free. Price is good and staff is courteous.

Not so easy to find this business hotel. But, its better way to be reach here along A22 Exit if you are coming from Sannomiya station.
